Veoneer camera systems are developed in Linköping with help from highly integrated satellite offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Zagreb and Timisoara. As a site, our responsibilities range from electronics and optics to software, algorithms and vehicle testing. All vision development teams are working cross-functionally based on agile principles.

What you'll do?We are now hiring a SW Test architect within Vision development at our Linköping office. In your role you will drive and coordinate the SW test activities. Areas to cover is test strategy, what type of tests shall be executed in different test steps inside CI, what test framework to be used in different areas, how shall the development teams work with SW testing, reporting of testing and handling of test requirements as well as coach the teams to work with testing.

What you'll bring?In order to succeed in the role, we prefer that you have:
• Bachelor/Master of Science degree or equivalent
• Long-term experience as a Test Manager/Test coordinator/Verification Lead, project manager or equivalent
• Experience in leading others
• Good knowledge in English
The position requires good leadership skills, that you are clear in your communication, have an analytical ability as well as the ability to make decisions. You are responsive and outgoing and maintain good relationships with people in your area. Experiences from the automotive industry and work with safety-critical systems we see as a merit.
