We are looking for a Software Technical Lead within the Life Sciences Business. As a Software Tech Lead at GE Healthcare you will be a part of a highly skilled and talented global team.
Essential Responsibilities
The Software Technical Lead has the following responsibilities:
Establishes a technical vision with the development team and work with Software Engineers to turn it into reality
Take owenership and be the front figure for the team internally and externally/internationaly
Act as the design owner and drive platform oriented activities as well as customer releated feature requests
Interact with Product Owners, PM's and Scrum Masters
Lead and guide Software Engineers on a daily basis
Ensure that processes and gudielines are followed as well as enforcing DoD and DoR

B.Sc. degree with relevant technical software focus, or comparable level of competence
Minimum significant years experience in the software industry as a developer and/or architect/designer
Experience in .NET, C#, WPF and C++
Experience with Agile development best practices
Experience in technology leadership
English and Swedish (written and spoken)
Desired Characteristics:
Excellent communication and analytic skills
Energetic and self-motivated with the ability to quickly embrace and understand new technologies
Strong problem solving and analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to assimilate new information, understand complex topics
Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and produce high quality products
Behavior-driven development (BDD) and Test-driven development (TDD)
