Software System Designer for Torque Delivery Manager
The section Vehicle Propulsive Controls & Calibration, within the department Vehicle Energy and Motion Control, works very close to the end customer and is responsible for development of control algorithms and calibration related to energy optimization and torque coordination. The propulsive attributes, e.g. drivability and performance feel, are always in focus. The group Propulsive Strategy & Concept currently consists of 14 highly skilled engineers, with a diverse background, divided in two design teams with the responsibility for one subsystem and one or several customer functions each, and they are responsible for architecture, system design and requirement handling

What's in it for you?
We are now looking for an additional team member to the Torque Delivery Manager team. The team is responsible for SW that interprets the driver request and coordinates all torque and power requests.
Your role and initial tasks will be based upon the competence and experience that you bring into the team, but we are primarily looking for someone to assign the main responsibility for the system.
We seek someone who is open minded and have a good ability to cooperate, which is essential given the fact that you need to manage a broad network both internally and externally.
You are a good communicator with ability to cope with many topics in parallel. You are a technical-minded team player with the ability to work with different cultures. You have a strong analytical capability, is structured and organized in daily work.
Do you fit the profile?
We are looking for you who have a good knowledge of system design, system safety knowledge and experience of requirements management in general.
You have experience from software and functional development and experience in agile development methods is meritorious.
You have 3-5 years of work experience in the relevant field and a bachelor, Master or PhD degree in engineering.
We assume that you communicate fluently in English (speech and writing) and have a driving license (level B)
As a person you are Curious and driven, with a good communication skills, both orally and in writing.
You see that the end customer should be in focus, and you enjoy working structured, with high ability to plan daily and future work effectively.
You have the ability to work independently but are happy to be part of a team!
