We are now looking for a service minded Support technician. To fit in the role we believe you're a service minded person with great communication skills. You should be a person wanting to develop in your role, trying new things, learning new technology. Seeing yourself in a role as a software developer in the future would be a plus.
Requirements
3 years+ experience of software support
Experience in reporting and database software
Database experience of mssql & Oracle
Speaking fluent in English. Swedish is a Plus, Russian language is a Plus.
The position
You'll be giving support of our reporting software to our customers all over the world. We're expecting you to take great responsibility of what you do and be a team player.
