The Lectra Sweden team is looking for an enthusiastic:
SOFTWARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST / TRAINER - PRE-SALES
Mission
Located in Borås (Sweden) and after a training period (both in Northern Europe and in France) during which you will gain all knowledge and competences on the Lectra offer and on our customers' industries, you will deliver training to customers on Lectra's software products and related processes.
You will also:
• Support the sales team
• Participate in exhibitions and customer seminars
• Be responsible for the sales of additional training to existing customers
• Contact customers to resolve issues by phone, internet, e-mail, or on-site
• Communicate with HQ support services and R&D to escalate major issues
You will work closely together with the other services team members and with the sales account managers.
Profile
• Graduation certificate from a technical fashion school
5-7 years of experience in a pattern design, fashion design and/or garment product development position
• You have good working knowledge of the production process (design, marker making, pattern making) within the apparel or upholstery industries.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer oriented and willing to maximize the customer satisfaction
• You are eager to transfer your knowledge on the products and have the teaching method to do so
• Fluency in English is required
