hela Sverige Are you a leader, or do you want to take the next step and become one? The automotive industry is undergoing a massive change, and in need of people as Software Responsibles and Project Leaders!
As a SW Responsible/Project Leader, you will be responsible of deploying software to the factory and aftermarket. You will act be the link between Product Owners, engineering colleagues but also act as the Single Point of Contact towards international suppliers. As a SW Responsible, you will own the backlog.
To succeed as an ALTEN consultant it is not always the formal qualifications that is the most important. Of course you need a broad knowledge base, but it is as important to have the right attitude, to be passionate about what you do, to be curious and driven. Personal attributes that we value is your ability to act independent and that you are business minded. You are positive, outgoing, you have a curiosity on new technologies and you are a pro at creating and keeping good relations with our customers.
The role requires an outgoing, communicative individual with an eye for details ensuring that deadlines are met. You will be challenged to prioritise business value most relevant to the customer, according to their relevance in time. Knowledge in SAFe and Scrum is strongly meritorious.
We see that you have an academic and practical background within SW development, Mechatronics or similar. You are fluent in English and Swedish, able to present findings visually.
Driver's license B is a must.
