hela Sverige Our division for Electromobility and Autonomous Drive is growing fast and now we need experienced software developers/project managers who want to take their next steps to become a Software Responsible!
As a Software Responsible, you will not be involved in the actual coding. Instead your responsibility will be to ensure that the internal and external teams/suppliers create the Software according to your defined requirements for the end-product. For example traction batteries or electric motors. Your job will be to ensure that suppliers deliver the software according to deadlines, that the software components are verified together with component testers and component suppliers and ultimately able to be launched in production. You will be the main contact for all issues regarding the software and therefore you will be networking a lot with both internal colleagues and external suppliers.
In order to be a successful Software Responsible you need to be:
• A very driven problem-solver, with an eye for details and implementation.
• Like to work in an organized and structured way.
• Able to drive your own processes and work tasks.
• Proven experience within Project Management is the major requirement, experience from Software Development is strongly meritorious.
• Certifications as PRINCE2, PMP or Scrum Master are highly merited.
• Being Swedish-speaking is a strong plus.
