As a Software Quality Engineer at ABB Robotics, you will play a pivotal role to advocate the customer experience and ensuring reliability, performance, and usability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust quality assurance processes and methodologies.

Your responsibilities
Advocate voice of the customer during development of products and services.
Govern the quality of the product from requirements definition until product release in the daily activities and in collaboration with the software developers.
Drive efficiency and effectiveness of software product quality assurance in collaboration with peers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with software developers and EPIC/Product owners in critical to customer satisfaction activities.
Be an integral part of the full quality assurance framework that starts and end with the customer.
Contribute to visualize product quality growth to enable conscious risk decisions.
Grow the use of AI for quality assurance and productivity.
Your background
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equal.
Proven experience in software development, quality assurance and testing. We think that you have roughly 7-10 years of work experience.
Deep understanding of quality, lean and agile principals.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Strong knowledge of Project and Risk management.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ or Python.
Lean Six Sigma and use of AI are contributing selection factors.
