We currently have the following job opening;
Software Quality Assurance (SWQA) Manager
As a SWQA Manager you are responsible for ensuring the overall software quality for CEVT. You will work with both internal resources and suppliers to ensure that the components meet the appropriate software quality standards, such as Automotive SPICE and are compliant to functional safety requirements.
You will work together with a colleague that has established and developed work strategy, and our expectation is that you will work together to have a continuation and expansion of the work.
You will be part of the EE Architecture team within Electrical Department. The team is responsible for the vehicles entire electrical architecture design regarding topology, logic architecture, function allocation, system safety, SWQA and base technology.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Perform Joint Reviews of suppliers with nodes with SW
• Support node and sw responsible with SWQA related issues
• Participate in CRB events
• Support and follow up that the Software Engineering Journal (SWEJ) is closed for all nodes
• Provide training in SWQA to both suppliers and internal software development teams
• Report status to project and Quality Department
• Work in close cooperation with architecture, Basetech, suppliers, and component project leaders.
Profile and Background
• M.Sc. Electrical or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, with focus on software development and embedded systems.
• You have experience of automotive embedded software development, particularly in Basetech/AutoSAR environments
• Experience in Automotive SPICE SW development projects, preference for experience as an SWQA Auditor at OEM or Tier-1
• Ability to learn from others quickly to then teach, lead, and apply knowledge
• Ability to drive, motivate and convince
• Persistency to pursue targets and take decisions
• You have a cultural awareness, especially Asian - European culture
