What's in it for you?
To reach our goals we are looking for a Software QA & Support Engineer for our head office in Jönköping where you will be a part of the RnD-team of 25 co-workers and play a key role in ensuring the quality of our product. You will be responsible for the software releases in Azure DevOps, making improvements of our support process/tools, and support L1 with high-level troubleshooting.
Forward you will be expected to provide customer support and be the contact person for sales, service and support.

You and your skills
To become successful in this role we believe you have worked with embedded systems and support with troubleshooting or software testing. Since you will work with continuous improvements of the support process and help your colleagues with troubleshooting, we believe you are a communicative team player who is curious and eager to find root causes for issues/problems.
Apart from that, we see that you have:
• A relevant education
• Worked with Azure DevOps
• Experience in coding language C# and/or C/C++
• Experience with Linux/Ubuntu/Canonical
