We are seeking an experienced Software Project Lead to coordinate and drive the development, delivery and launch of new and updated software product releases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and technical expertise in either software development or in-vitro diagnostics.

What will you do?
As a project lead you will be coordinating teams developing, verifying, and releasing software products. You will work closely with Product Managers, and representatives from the Marketing, Service, Quality and Regulatory departments.
As a Software Project Lead you will:
Lead the delivery of software product releases.
Work closely with and direct the developer and verification teams.
Establish relationships and work closely with Services team, Product Managers, Quality and Regulatory to ensure dependencies are proactively handled with these workstreams and a broad range of requirements are met for these collaborators.
Ensure the project delivers high quality outputs, both in terms of solutions which meet functional and non- functional requirements and high-quality project artefacts which align to the project life cycle.
Follow standard processes in project management, including the creation and maintenance of detailed plans, controlled management of change and management of project risks.

Your Background:
Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering
More than 3 years of experience preferred from Project Management in R&D, ideally with agile processes
Competence in leading projects involving cross-functional global teams
Fluent proficiency in English, other languages are beneficial
Self-propelled teammate
Getting results and taking responsibilities
Customer orientation and ability to handle many different stake holders and to communicate efficiently with a wide range of people in all functions
Strategic mind-set and excellent problem-solving skills
We develop software for diagnostic systems under regulatory requirements, so you need to have solid personal integrity and awareness of the importance of documentation, rules and procedures that need to be addressed.
