PRESENTATION
Currently we are working on one of our greatest challenges ever, which is an entirely new system including both software and hardware. This is run as multiple projects on multiple sites, where you will be running Malmö based software projects.
Publiceringsdatum2007-10-03ArbetsuppgifterAs Software Project Manager in TAC's Malmö R/D Organisation, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time according to the markets requirements through planning, execution and tracking.
You are expected to run and control projects according to agile methodology and our internally developed process Hamlet. This includes the entire project life-cycle and the phases Content and Planning, Execution based on TDD and agile methodologies and Verification.
There are 4 groups of software developers that you will request resources from to your projects, working together with line managers to assemble your project team, as well as you'll be working closely with Technical and Functional Lead.
For tracking you will use ProChain, which is an MSP tool based on the Critical Chain theory.
You will be responsible for the project organisation and the communication within the project and externally.
We are a matrix organisation and you will be working closely with line management both with regard to resources and processes.
ErfarenhetMost likely you have a university degree in computer science or engineering followed by a few years experience as a system developer, working with C++, .Net and C#. In recent years you have worked as a project leader within software development. Although you will not be developing yourself in this role we'd like to see that you can take an active part in the process.
You are a team player who enjoys communicating and coordinating. You are enthusiastic, driven and have strong leadership skills.
Our R/D head quarters are in Malmö, but we are a global organisation so a fluent level of English is required.
Experience in Critical Chain and the ProChain tool for MSP is a plus.
