You should be a driven person willing to take on challenges as part of the team and have a passion for good results. You should also possess some technical skills in the area, such as Knowing the relevant tools (MS Project, MS office, and how to make killer graphics for project presentations) Have some years of background in project management of software projects Be communicative and able to drive others An open mindset towards diverse project setup A curious mind
