Aurobay is looking for a Software project leader. The ECU SW & Electronics group is part of the ECU Platform ART. We are responsible for development and delivering ECU HW and SW to Volvo Cars Combustion Engines and Hybrids. We will within a near future also broaden our customer network and deliver to several other companies.
You will be part of the ECU Platform & SW team which is an agile team of around 8-10 enthusiastic engineers with a broad diversity. The team is one of the three teams in the group and is responsible for Software and electronic hardware development of the nodes we are responsible for. The team is also responsible for System Safety and Cyber Security in all our nodes.

What will you do?
In the role of Software responsible you will be responsible for the SW from concept to implementation. You will lead the projects in time, technology and cost and work closely with our suppliers. You will analyze and assign tasks to the backlog and report status and progress to the Product Owner. Software sourcing for coming projects will also be handled by you and your team.
The company works agile with SAFe and the ECU Platform & SW team is an interface between supplier and internal ARTs.
Do you fit the profile?
• You are social, open, work actively to increase work network and be a team player but also comfortable to work with individual topics.
• You should have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. within Electric, Mechatronic or have an equivalent competence.
• This position requires at least 3-5 years of experience from project management within SW development and/or electronics.
• You need to master oral, written, visual communication and presentation in English.
• It is meritorious if you have job experience from Electric car and inverter development.
• Drivers license is also meritorious.
