We are looking for driven individual with strong project management skills to join one of our clients in coordinating software project from suppliers. The person we are looking for has a technical background and a flexible personality that can manage to follow up on projects so they are delivered on time.
The ECU SW & Electronics group is part of the ECU Platform ART. The group consists of 20 engineers divided into three teams. They are responsible for development and delivering ECU HW and SW to Volvo Cars Combustion Engines and Hybrids. We will within a near future also broaden our customer network and deliver to several other companies.
You will be part of one of the teams which is an agile team of around 8-10 enthusiastic engineers with a broad diversity. The team is responsible for Software and electronic hardware development of the nodes we are responsible for. The team is also responsible for System Safety and Cyber Security in all our nodes.
What You Will Do
In the role of software responsible you will be responsible for the SW from concept to implementation. You will lead the projects in time, technology and cost and work closely with our clients suppliers. You will analyse and assign tasks to the backlog and report status and progress to the Product Owner. Software sourcing for coming projects will also be handled by you and your team.
Who Are You
• You are social, open, work actively to increase work network and are a team player but also comfortable to work with individual topics.
• You have great communication skills and are used to hold in many threads and deliver quality.
• You should have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. within Electric, Mechatronic or have an equivalent competence.
• This position requires at least 3-5 years of experience from project management within SW development and/or electronics.
• You need to master oral, written, visual communication and presentation in English.
• It is meritorious if you have job experience from Electric car and inverter development.
• Drivers licence is also meritorious.
