The SW PAE Team is responsible for technical support and education within the field of electrohydraulic control systems for the Off-Highway market. Our mission is to support and educate our customers, as well as providing Danfoss' Sales Department with technical sales support, regarding construction and material handling off-highway mobile markets.
As SW PAE Manager a significant part of your mission will be to ensure that we meet our customers ' needs and set priorities to maintain market position above competitors. You will manage and coordinate initiatives, processes and performance and you will make sure you're always one step ahead in analyzing the market and predict new trends within the specific field. You need to ensure that the PAE function, the team and its ' performance, systems and procedures, meets the needs of the business and in doing so, understands and meets the requirements and concerns of our customers. The role involves strategic customer contacts and networking both within and outside the Danfoss' Group. As a leader you will lead and develop the members of the PAE Team, and you will lead and encourage creative discussions regarding possible innovative solutions, making things work together.
Organizationally you will report to the global SW Manager. The vacancy is based in Älmhult.

As a person, you are open and curious with an innovative mind! You are result-oriented with strong analytical skills, and you maintain a holistic approach, combined with the necessary ability to identify essential details. You are a true problem solver and you always have the business and the customer in focus.
You show willpower, drive and you enjoy working in a fast pace environment, focused on results. You are passionate about the context of people, technology and business, making them work together. You are an excellent communicator on a technical strategic level, and you have the ability to intercommunicate with customers, colleagues and stakeholders on all levels.

Qualification requirements
• Bachelor or Master's degree within Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar
• Effective project management skills with proven ability to implement change, educating and engaging others in the organization as necessary
• A few years of leadership experience
• A few years of customer contact experience
• Experienced in C/C++ and exposure to graphical programming languages
• Fluent in English
To be successful in this role we also think you have worked in a global group and participated in international negotiations.
