We are now looking for a systems engineer within Secure Computer Platform. Our systems engineers have the responsibility to specify our products from a requirement and design perspective, which may give the opportunity to work directly with our external and internal customers. As we see a growing interest in our systems, we now need to increase our team.
Your role
This organization develops secure cloud based platform solutions that take full advantage of the benefits of virtualization, containerization and orchestration without compromising cyber security, and brings the solutions to products around Saab with high release cadence.
As a Systems Engineer in our team, you will have an overall view of the systems and support software developers as well as architects and IT-security specialist in ongoing development activities. You are responsible for the product development from stakeholder requirements to design, integration and test.
Your tasks may include:
* Manage the system throughout its life cycle; including specification, design, implementation and maintenance
* Managing stakeholder requirements
* Collaboration with product management, project management, customers and partners to align the system requirements
* The role might also include work with prospects to secure future business.
Your Profile
We believe you have a major interest in technology and are motivated by technical challenges and problem solving. You are a curious and communicative that enjoys working both individually and in teams. Other important skills are result orientation, drive and the ability to take decisions in a challenging environment.
You have an appropriate professional or postgraduate qualification in a technical oriented area and relevant system engineering experience.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
