As software manager, you will develop your team of talented people and ensure that both inspiration and creativity are maintained along with the team member's engagement and cooperation. As a leader, you have a passion for developing people and the ability to make them prosper and grow. You have a sense of structure and experience of organising agile teams.
A vital role for this position is the representation of your team in various forums. You are comfortable reporting to project managers and management groups, both locally and internationally.
This important role may require international travel including Europe, China and the USA. You thrive in an international environment and find it exciting with communication and meeting new people.
