We are looking for a Software Manager for the Gothenburg office:
Responsibilities
Manage the software team by prioritizing tasks, projects among the resources available by excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Provide leadership and technical direction to direct reports including continuous evaluation of staff performance
Lead, inspire and motivate people in your organization to be top performers
Fostering a culture of engagement and continual learning
Secure a safe working environment and a great team spirit
Implement processes needed for scaling and secure software development run efficiently and with highest quality output
Optimize workflows and reduce costs and risks
Implement policies, procedures and routines that align with and set up OKR:s supporting the overall strategies
Qualifications
Master in software engineering
Leadership experience in product development, managing and building teams of engineers
Experience in leading in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
Able to communicate fluidly across technical domains
English - communicate written and spoke professionally within engineering discipline
Technical skills within software development
