Our missionto make tomorrows technology even more adapted to natural human behavior is getting real. As you read this we are integrating Tobii's core eye tracking technology into laptops, VR and AR headsets, we are developing eye tracking functionalities for games and we are taking yet another step into the ESPORT arena.What is next to come? To our next step of growth we are looking for a Software Manager and a team member to our R&D department in Stockholm.

The role and responsibilities
As a Software Manager you will work in one of our development programs, changing the way people interact with computers. You will also lead and support 8-10 talented and open hearted software engineers, primarily focused on bringing eye tracking and related features and experiences into games and E-SPORT.
This way you're both up to date technically and get to spend time supporting your peer pioneers and teams to perform at their very best.
As a part of a management team that collaborate on making Tobii the absolute best place to work this role will also provide you with valuable insights and experience regarding group development.
Your role will be matched with your specific competence and personality but typically you will work in a Scrum team, solving problems and writing great code. You will work with
• Developing our core technology
• Recruitment, retention and developing your team, proactively remove obstacles to make your team thrive
• Engage in the creative process of product development, enhance cross team collaboration and creating a creative environment where ideas can be realized
Your background and profile
With a developer background you have had some leadership experience, either in a formal role or in an informal one where you want to take it to the next level. Your passion for gaming and for creating an energetic fun environment where developers thrive and can achieve their full potential is your corner stone.
• You know and love development in C# and/or C++ and have insight in great software architecture.
• You have experience of an leader position in an agile environment where many teams work in parallel.
• You have a relevant academic degree.
• You are fluent in English since we speak English on daily basis.
• You probably have experience from game development.
