Ericsson Mobile Platforms is headquartered in Lund, Sweden, where a majority of the company's approximately 3000 co-workers are located. We also have operations in China, France, Germany, Japan, Norway, South Korea, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
The Software Delivery unit, within our Customer Project Organization, integrates and delivers tested platform software to our customers. We are now strengthening our team with another Software Engineer working with integration and tools development.
You will be working in a team responsible for integration of error corrections and changes to the software on product level. The team is also responsible for testing and delivering the software to our customer. To improve our capacity and give better support to our customers we also develop, maintain and set requirements for scripts and tools.
You like to work in a structured way with international customers. You have an interest in developing your own competence as well as an interest for new emerging technologies within the area of software integration and tools.
You need experience in;
• C programming
It is an advantage if you have experience in;
• Rational ClearCase
• Embedded systems
• Tools/script development in Perl, ASP etcetera
• Software integration
To be successful in this position you need to be quality-conscious and highly communicative. It is also important that you are able to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
You have a degree in engineering, computer science, and/or have experiance from simular work. You are fluent in the English language.
