What you will do as Software engineer
As a software engineer in the Cyber Defence Center one of your main objectives is to develop sustainable solutions that makes the work to detect, analyze and respond to potential cyber-attacks more efficient, quicker and accurate. You will work closely with Cyber Security Analysts to improve detection rate and response time, to build automation and workflow playbooks. You will work to find new, effective and creative ways to protect the company by translating needs into working software. You will come to understand and make use of the capabilities in our security portfolio and be involved when new technologies are introduced to further improve our cyber defence.
As a software engineer in our Cyber Defence Center, you will have the opportunity to work directly with those who are end users of the solutions you build- your colleagues. This will enable you to interact naturally throughout the development cycle, and to continuously improve with direct feedback.
Opportunity & experience
We believe you are a skilled engineer with an overall understanding in how your solutions will contribute and add value to different business outcomes. Business Tech and the Cyber Defence Center will benefit from your traits such as being collaborative, responsible and solution oriented. We believe you have worked with agile development methodologies and you have a strong knowledge in at least one programming and one data query language.
