YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
We believe that you have a bachelor's- or a master's -degree in computer science or similar. Perhaps you've just graduated or have a couple of years of experience? Axis can offer challenges for both people with and without experience and need more developers on all levels to be able to run more product development products in parallel.
We believe that you're a curious person and a result-oriented doer that can work on your own and in teams. You're interested in programming, a quick learner and fond of advanced debugging. Knowledge in C-programming is a requirement and experience from Linux systems and embedded systems is highly valued.

THE NEW VIDEO PRODUCTS UNIT
The unit develops new video products based on Axis technology platforms which includes both different CPU-platforms and software platforms. Most new product projects include development of electronics, mechanics, software, documentation as well as putting the product in volume production. One of the two main tasks/competencies of the unit is C-programming in an embedded Linux environment and advanced trouble-shooting of the complete product in order to meet our tough quality assurance standards. The other main task/competence in the unit is project management. Our goal is to efficiently develop new high-quality products and deliver them to the market to strengthen Axis' market-leading position.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a product developer for a world leader, you'll be right there on the cutting edge. Your main tasks will involve:
• Advanced software debugging of complete Linux-based embedded system
• Software development in embedded Linux environment, including
• Analysis
• Design
• Implementation
• Unit test implementation
• Debugging
You'll be working mainly in project form in a team with very high skilled individuals.
