We are looking for an experienced Quality Lead with a product mindset and technical domain experience to define and lead the quality assurance work for our development teams. The development teams play an integral part in the implementation and deployment of all VOI products.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Define and own the quality assurance framework and processes within the engineering organisation
• Defining and owning metrics and KPIs for instrumenting quality assurance within the engineering organisation as a whole
• Support and instrument the Scrum development teams in taking responsibility for quality assured development and deployment
• Be the key quality stakeholder between the engineering and product organisations, ensuring continuous product quality
• Defining and instrumenting processes and frameworks for automation of testing and quality assurance
• Continuously improving the defined quality management system for our scaled agile engineering organisation
ABOUT YOU
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferably within a high-growth technology company within mobility, logistics or e-commerce
• Previous experience in using automation for quality assurance and testing
• Previous experience in Scrum, scaled agile and associated support processes
• Previous experience in quality assurance driven by regulations and legislation
• Demonstrated experience in combining agile with quality assurance and quality management processes
