YOU WILL
As Software Engineering Manager you will be responsible for supporting development teams for ECARX 's Digital Cockpit product based on Android Automotive OS. You will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and other stakeholders to create a high performing organisation. You will play a key role, be part of the management team and report directly to the Head of Solution & Development Center.
Part of your responsibilities will be:
• Recruitment of new team members, retention and to be a driving force in shaping the collaboration and culture within the teams and between the teams.
• Coaching and to work proactively with competence development & growth ensuring that the right skills are within these cross functional teams.
• Understand team maturity, support and train the teams to take full accountability.
• Staying on top of tools, technologies and industry developments relevant to the work of the teams.
