About the job Swedbank is in the middle of a large transformation where the bank quickly needs to adapt to fast-paced innovation and change in customer expectations. Digital Banking is in the center of this journey and is in many ways driving the change.
The cross functional team you will be joining is developing Swedbank's next generation engagement and personal financial management services. The ambition is to provide a complete overview of our customers' financials which is the most important building block to remain the financial access point for our customers - keeping the digital relationship in our channels.
As a Software Engineer with Test focus you are welcome to join us to:
Perform manual testing of new functions and integrations for the Mobile Bank / Internet Bank
Improve our test automation way of working
Find new ways to test using tools / technologies
Promote good ideas and constantly improve our way of working
Solve challenging problems
Work fully agile focusing on delivering high customer value
What you need to succeed To succeed in this role you need to have deep interest and passion for technology, integration and automation. We are looking for someone who has a university degree in computer science or similar, are fluent in English and who wishes to work in a strong, international organization.
As a person you are eager to share your knowledge and learn from colleagues. You take initiatives and drive work together with your team members, a true team player, but at the same time you are able to take on responsibility to initiate contact, plan, present and execute your ideas. Good communication skills and being flexible are also important.
We like to see that you have experience working in a cross functional team.
What you may have worked with previously 3-5 years' experience as a System Tester / Test Manager
Test automation
Mobile Applications and/or Internet based solution
Complex integrations
Broad technical skills / experiences from mixed technical environments
Experience in agile way of working
