Description
Within Assortment and Product Development domain and product area Merchandise Financial Planning, the client are searching for a software engineer to their Top-Down Merchandise Financial Planning Product.
The Merchandise Financial Planning Area consists of 7 product teams and has the following mission: set a data driven planning foundation for today, tomorrow and a sustainable future.
The Group has set ambitious goals to secure both a strong, sustainable customer offer and cash flow for future investments (to "sell more with less"). An improved top-down planning process will be one of the key factors in reaching these goals. To accelerate this highly prioritized initiative, we need to build a strong new team that can lead the change. Top-Down Merchandise Financial Planning (TDMFP) is now looking for a driven software engineer with a passion for mainly testing, but also development of solutions.
Work tasks:
• Designing, developing and testing solutions in modern service architecture in Azure
• Part of implementing a technical solution for 'OMNI Top-Down Planning'
• Part of implementing dev ops tools, processes, and mindset within product
• Work closely with PO, Architect, Business Expert, stakeholders to develop features and value
• Together with PO and rest of product-team build and constantly develop the product and the future way of Top-Down Planning
Mandatory competence and experience:
• At least 7 years' experience in the role as .NET developer/tester.
• Experience with .NET.
• Experience of unit/component testing and test automation, with experience from primarily Selenium for Automated UI Testing
• Experience of developing and designing solutions in Azure.
• Experience of agile development and agile methodologies.
• Experience of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• Experience of integrations in particular API's and Events.
• Ability to work in a team towards common objective.
Preferred competence and experience:
• Experience in leading teams and driving technical backlogs.
• Experience in Angular or React or similar.
• Experience from Retail industry and sales planning and merchandizing.
• Experience from different types of solutions from COTS to custom and different types of hosting SaaS/PaaS/IasS.
• Knowledge/Experience about security and cloud security.
• Knowledge/Experience of other cloud providers like GCP and AWS.
• Knowledge/Experience of containers and Kubernetes.
Preferred personal qualities:
• Ability to understand and analyze complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications
• Ability to understand people psychology and to connect to people to encourage new behaviors
• Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
• English - required
• Swedish - preferred
