We are looking for a Software Engineer that thrives in a team that delivers business and customer value through technical solutions. If you want to work in product development engineering with customer centric focus, this is the team to join.

About the role
As a Software Engineer within our area you will work as one team and create solutions which are simple yet powerful for the end user. You will continuously review and renew our current technical solution together with architects and business experts, this means communication cross-teams and with many different stakeholders.
What you 'll do
You will have a key role in creating and designing solutions which fulfils our customers shopping experience. Some of your daily work includes:
Translate product strategy and requirement into suitable, maintainable and scalable solution design
Mentor and upskill junior software engineering through practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle
Collaborate closely with product owner, business experts and other stakeholders to discuss and motivate design & product solutions
And above all; Have a significant impact on how we shape the future of fashion by building solutions which exceeds our customers' expectations
What you'll bring
We believe that with your proven leadership capabilities and experiences that you will have a broad and holistic view, you will guide and share best practices with your team and junior engineers in day to day work. You see how technical solutions can deliver business and customer value and reach our end customers.
In addition to this, we believe you have:
Experience in frontend and mobile software development
Solution Architecture
Design of API's and integrations
Have experience working according to agile practices and with CI/CD tools
Good communication and presentation skills
A customer centric mindset
Nice to have:
Experience working within e-commerce or retail industry
Worked as a Tech Lead/Scrum Master and have proven leadership capabilities
Experienced in Azure DevOps and/or other cloud environments
