As a Software Engineer you'll take responsibility in your team's development as well as your own and client's. You will have a variety of tasks and assignments, no day will be the same, but still you will daily exercise keeping your holistic view. We are asking for someone who can single task in a multi-task environment. Are you the one?
Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer you will work both internally developing our innovation projects as well as developing our customers with the SMART CITIES of tomorrow. The area of responsibility spans from researching innovative solutions to developing state of the art battery management software with test and release. This includes, but not limited to:
Designing, develop and validating software related to Battery Management systems but also support testing of the complete system
Manage beta-testing and establish data-driven closed loop feedback of the performance, work with dashboards and metrics
Creating value for thermal management functions, battery health and their behavior
Create and develop strategic partnerships with suppliers
Prepare technical specifications according to business needs
Contribute to developing a process approach to your work
Create and maintain internal and external training within areas of expertise
Identify and channel new business opportunities into the organization
Contribute with customer-critical information to our business development process
Support Market team with procurement work

ECM of lithium battery and design of SOC, SOH, SOP algorithm, Kalman filter
Freescale, AVR, ARM, NEC, OKI and other microprocessors, proficient in using keil, ads, ide, iar or other compilation environments
UART, 485/232, CAN, Modbus and/or other buses.
Modern programming languages, e.g. C/C++, C#, Python
Embedded software
Matlab, Simulink or similar.
Software processes, ISO 26262 and A-SPICE.
