Your role
As a Software Engineer in our team, you will play a key role in enabling efficient, secure, and scalable software development and deployment processes. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional, agile teams to support the development of world-class industrial tools and systems.
Your focus will be on automation, CI pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring solutions to ensure high availability and performance across our platforms. You'll also contribute to AI integration, custom tooling, and productivity frameworks that support our internal development workflows.
Some examples of what we work with:
Innovating with our existing AI coding agent to expand its use across the entire development workflow
Orchestrating automatic test execution towards our products using Jenkins and our internal scheduler to drive Continuous Delivery
Building high-impact custom web interfaces and tools using Python, Groovy, and JavaScript for resource booking, commit tracking, and pipeline visualization
Deploying and scaling tools using Kubernetes and Docker within an open-source and Linux environment
Enhancing our core Python framework that powers our testing, resource management, and internal applications
To succeed, you will need
You are a team player with a strong customer focus, who enjoys solving problems and continuously improving systems and processes. You are fluent in English and enjoy interacting and collaborating locally and worldwide. You have an academic degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
You also have experience of:
DevOps practices and tools for automation, deployment, and continuous integration/delivery (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Scripting languages such as Python and Bash for automation and tooling
Linux system administration, including working in open-source environments
Version control systems, primarily Git, and experience with code review workflows
Agile development environments, with cross-functional collaboration and iterative delivery

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site in Stockholm, Sweden (SE).
