About the job We are now looking for software engineer and experienced system developers to our cross functional team with focus on bank loans within value stream Lending Sweden.

We are going fully agile and need talented and passionate people with the creative ability to transform our lending process with new technical innovations into digital services that guide, serve and change customer behaviors.

As a software engineer in our teams you will work with maintenance and development in Java. The right person also has the opportunity to contribute to design and architecture of systems solutions. You will be a key player for success and delivering the investment area 's roadmap. You will work together with our development teams, Scrum Master and the Agile Product Owner to create a collaborative environment in order to maximize the investments in the lending area. You will be working with colleagues from both Sweden and the Baltic countries. You conduct your work the agile way, ensuring that we efficiently develop the right things with the goal to provide customer satisfaction and new business opportunities.

In the Software Engineer role you will be responsible for:

Act as teamplayer in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working
Have, and continue to gain, good knowledge of the business in the value stream
Decide on how to build the solution within architecture frames
Solve and deploy solutions of incidents and problems
Readiness to have on-call for the IT services developed and maintained by the CFT
Ensure quality awareness and care when designing, building and maintaining software
Contribute in all areas: analyze, design, develop, test and maintain services delivered by the team
Proactively reduce the technical depths

What you need to succeed To succeed in this role you need to be passionate about digitalization and truly believe that success is something that can only be reached by working closely with others. This means that in addition to having knowledge about digital innovations and customer behaviors, you also have to be willing to learn from others as well as share your own knowledge and experiences.

As an individual you are a persistent problem solver. You have a holistic perspective on software development and maintenance, and you know how to enable analytical insights and turn them into actions. You enjoy a collaborative environment.

Technical skills for this role:

Core Java
JavaScript
JSP
Basic knowledge in SQL
Understanding of Angular JS

The role also requires:

Experience of working in Agile digital development
Be able to communicate effortlessly in Swedish and English both writing and speaking
Feel strong ownership for what you deliver
Have experience of working with deadlines, we have a high performance culture
Open-minded, Solution-oriented, proactive and outgoing spirit
Good cooperation skills and a strong team player
Self-driven, gives and takes responsibility
Academic degree in engineering or any other relevant discipline
