When you join the Scania team you will be part of a learning organisation with continuous deliveries.
We build customer value by gathering knowledge about self driving systems through simulations and practical experiments that iteratively lead also to longer term targets for robustness of the platform, operating system and network communication for industrialization.Our team is addressing a wide variety of programming tasks. We are accountable for data flow, time synchronization, deployment of software in vehicles, network configuration, QoS and the application framework. And yes, you will actively contribute to verifying the platform effectiveness in the autonomous vehicles as well, to get live data and accurate feedback.Your profile.
You have a MSc degree in Computer Science or similar and 3+ years of experience in product development. We want you toa have strong interest in software engineering in general, and C++ in particular and also like to create clean, modular and efficient code. We think you have proven industrial experience in several of the following areas: C++ development, Linux platforms, inter-process communications, virtualization/containerization, troubleshooting of software and hardware.
We are also looking for you who like to make use of your scripting skills for our deployment tools.Questions?
