Together with us you will work with high-tech marking and coding solutions for our industrial customers worldwide. We offer you a technical challenge with varied tasks and focus on new product development. Is this your new role?
YOU WILL
As a Software engineer with us, you will work with our MPERIA ®Platform that operates as a data platform, printhead controller and code verification system. MPERIA controls printers, barcode readers, vision systems, scales, and actuators and can be integrated to the customer's enterprise system. Our technical environment today is Linux (Embedded), Yocto, C++, C, Lua, Python, Jira, Git etc. In our R&D team we work closely together in between categories with an entrepreneurial mindset. Your main tasks will be:
• software development, both with new product development, adding new features, maintenance and problem solving.
• development close to the hardware but also application development and working with network protocols.
• involvement in the whole product development process, from technical specifications and requirements to end testing.

YOU ARE
We are looking for you who have an academic background within computer science, electronics or similar. You have a great technical interest and at least a few years of experience from software engineering. You should have knowledge in Linux, C++ and C, also embedded development. You have good knowledge in English and preferably also Swedish, or you are willing to learn Swedish. Experience with Python, Lua and/or Yocto is meritorious, as well as experience in network communication and agile software development.
As a person you are a team player with a driven and positive attitude. You are responsible, analytical and have good problem-solving skills. You like an entrepreneurial environment and have an open and flexible mindset.
