Job Description

At H&M Group we are on a digital transformation journey and we want to encourage the agile way of working. The Agile WoW Tools team is responsible for the tools in Jira, Confluence and Advanced Roadmaps, providing them to all teams and the whole Business Tech organization. The team provide access to the tools, setup projects in Jira and spaces in Confluence as well as host training sessions. We create the recommended way of working in the tools to support the agile transition as well as guide and support our colleagues in this.
Your role
As a software engineer in the Agile WoW Tools team, you will be a part of a global cross functional tech service team, working on a daily basis to allow seamless, frictionless solutions to how we shape the agile future, what tools to use and develop our way of working. In collaboration with the team, you will administrate Jira Cloud, Confluence and Atlassian Access module, secure that the requirements for IT security and data privacy are met in the tools as well as host training sessions in the agile tools. You will manage Jira Cloud applications as well as create and maintain integrations with Azure DevOps, Git-Hub and other development tools. Furthermore, you will also:
Manage Atlassian Access by maintaining user provisioning via Azure AD, create Authentication policies and maintain sites within the Atlassian organization
Use APIs for automation
Create automation scripts to automate project/space archival, user deactivation, etc.

Who are you?
As a software engineer, we believe you have extensive working experience in agile methodology and have worked in Scrum team for 3-5 years. You have the ability to understand user's perspective and to provide the needed support on time. We believe you work proactively and continuously improve solutions in complex, quickly transforming environments. You take initiatives and drive change within the team by being highly communicative and collaborative.
Mandatory requirements:
Jira Cloud admin
Confluence admin
Atlassian Access admin
Work experience in Agile Methodologies (including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
API, scripts, and developer experience

It's also great if you have:
Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent
Knowledge in DevOps methodology
Experience of working in Service Now ITSM
Power BI and Data Analytics
