As a Software Engineer within our Customs & International IT organization, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and improving business-critical integrations and applications that support international shipping and customs processes across the Nordic region and beyond.

What you'll do
As a Software Engineer, you will contribute throughout the entire product lifecycle, from requirements and design to implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
You will:
Design, develop, maintain, and support integration solutions and applications
Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions
Ensure high standards of quality, security, scalability, performance, and maintainability
Drive and contribute to technical improvements and modernization initiatives
Collaborate closely with architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement within the team
Share knowledge, challenge existing ways of working, and help drive technical excellence
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Required experience and skills
Minimum 4 years of experience working with TIBCO products
Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and integration architecture
Experience working in Agile development environments
Experience with requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions
Knowledge of security, compliance, and software quality best practices
Experience driving process improvements and contributing to technical and operational excellence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
