JOB DESCRIPTION
Axis is looking for a Software Engineer to the Product Platform team. In this role you will take part in the development of the technology basis that enables Axis to efficiently develop purposeful and highly competitive products and features. You will function as a bridge between core technology development and product development. This includes working with e.g. the Linux kernel, device drivers, low-level tool, frameworks, FPGAs etc.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
You have a Master’s degree in computer science or similar and are a dedicated and innovative individual with a strong personal drive. We believe you have a keen interest in low level development, that you have good C programming skills and experience from Linux.
Experience of FPGA development and System Verilog is considered a merit.
Teamwork is crucial for Axis as a whole and for the Product Platform team; therefore it is important that you can contribute to a good team spirit promoting a creative and stimulating work environment.
OUR PRODUCT PLATFORM TEAM
The Product Platform team is responsible for a technology platform used in all Axis products. The team works with Linux kernel, drivers and application frameworks as well as compiler and debug tools. We also contribute with our expertise in product projects, prototype tasks and customer related assignments.
