About the job as a Software Engineer
You will be responsible for the direction of the software systems development function, including the design, development, troubleshooting and debugging of software programs. Oversee the development of software for operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases, etc. You will also be responsible for determining hardware compatibility and/or influencing hardware design. As a specialist you will apply developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. You will work on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope, exercise independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. You may also act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process.
Your profile
For the role we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
* Relevant degree and 10-12 years of experience within Computer Science/ System Engineering
* Experience in programming software for operating systems, utilizing machine assembly and/or job control languages and software capabilities
* Good knowledge in Microsoft dynamics
* Good knowledge in spoken and written English
* Ability to handle most unique situations.
