About the position
We are looking for a Software Engineer for our client, a well-known company in the fashion industry. You will be a part of the Product Development & Engineering Search team, and the work takes place on site at their office in central Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions that meet project requirements and align with organizational goals. The role involves close collaboration with team members to ensure software functionality, performance, and maintainability.
Key Tasks
Develop and implement software solutions to achieve project objectives
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices
Gather and analyze requirements in collaboration with product managers and designers
Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software quality
Participate in code reviews to enhance code quality and share knowledge
Stay updated on emerging technologies to propose innovative improvements
Contribute to technical documentation, including designs and user manuals
Engage in Agile team activities like sprint planning and estimation
Your characteristics
We are seeking a candidate with strong expertise in Application and Cloud Security best practices and a proven ability to address complex challenges with excellent problem-solving skills. The role requires the ability to create well-structured artifacts and engage effectively with business users to gather requirements, clarify needs, and present solutions clearly. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential, as is the ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues.

Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET, Web APIs and Microservices
Experience working with Microsoft SQL and Cosmos DB
Strong hands-on experience in Azure in services such as App Service, Functions, Service Bus, AKS, AAD, AppInsights, Application Gateways, Storage accounts etc.
Strong experience in writing Unit tests, Integration tests with testing frameworks such as MS Test/N-Unit/X-Unit and use of mocking frameworks
Experience in creating and working with CI/CD pipelines using Azure Devops and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Bicep
Meritorious
Skills in Machine Learning
Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until 2025-12-15. Start 2024-12-15.
