www.elekta.com.Om tjänstenAs a Software Engineer you will be a part of an agile team that deliver features through explorations, requirements, risk analysis, documentation, design, implementation and test.
Your main focus will be on research explorations and product development where you apply your knowledge in mathematics and high-performance computing in order to realize solutions.
Main responsibilities for this role will be:
• Algorithm development
• Programming in C++, CUDA, and other languages in Windows and Linux environments
• Using tools such as: Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, GCC/Clang, CMake, Git, etc.
• Enlarging and sharing your expertise in high-performance computing
Är det här du?
To be successful in this role you have a couple of years of experience from Software and Algorithm development. You are passionate about the possibilities of high-performance computing and want to explore more. Further on, we see that you have hands-on skills in C++ and CUDA and comfortable working in both Linux and Windows environments.
Earlier expertise from optimization problems, image analysis, machine learning, physics, and safety/regulatory industries such as medical, avionics, automotive etc is preferred.
As a person you have a can-do attitude with great teamwork abilities. You have good communication skills and interact well with other people. You have a natural ability to solve problems in a logical way and communicate this to relevant stakeholders. In time, you can be a community leader that spreads knowledge, inspire, lead and coach others.
