The role
As a Front End developer you get to design, develop, and test Cepheid's C360 connected platform. Cepheid C360 is a cloud based software platform providing a web based interface for administrative and analytics support for Cepheid's GeneXpert product family. The job focuses on Frontend development with a front-end written in Angular, and a back-end in Java/Spring. You will get the opportunity to work with a number of multi-functional agile scrum teams together with Software Quality to develop and test cloud services for disease surveillance and systems administration in the diagnostics area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
UI development in the product.
Make design and technical decisions for UI development
Provides software documentation including, but not limited to, software requirement specifications, functional specifications and design specifications.
Qualifications
We believe that the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of related work experience, or a Master's degree in field. This with the following experience will most likely qualify you for the role:
Working experience with Angular and Typescript.
Knowledge in UX design is meriting
Experience with REST, JSON
Knowledge in Java, Spring
Knowledge in automated testing (e.g. Karma, Cucumber)
Comfortable in using a wide variety of open source technologies and tools
Experience of Git, Linux (command line)
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive, curious, accountable and flexible
