Jeppesen Gothenburg needs a Software Engineer working in Product Development with the model layer components in the Jeppesen Crew Management System. At Jeppesen Gothenburg the core model manages large volumes of data with high requirements on performance and memory management. The business model layer is also the foundation for applications and customization requiring an understanding of the requirements on the complete product.
The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of development from analysis and design to construction and sustaining. Agile methodology is used and the Model team is working closely with other disciplines such as architecture and test. Team spirit and a desire for excellence are wanted qualities in this role, as well as a natural enjoyment of complex problem-solving that require ingenuity and creativity. We are also looking for someone that likes the challenges and rewards of working with real-world applications.
