The Advanced Analytics & AI organisation has the mission to accelerate the AI transformation by identifying opportunities for the application of data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning throughout the company, and then acting on those opportunities. In addition, our customer develop and operate tools and processes to accelerate and support all teams using data science and machine learning in the automotive industry.
The right candidate will be part of the teams to develop data-driven solutions for a business function, or to develop common components to help accelerating Data Science's development work. The role is located in Gothenburg.
Responsibilities
• Understand business requirements and breaking them into engineering problems
• Propose improvements to existing development processes, help speeding up and shorten the development cycle
• Working in a cross-functional team with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers
• Evaluate different technical trade-offs when designing solutions, considering timeline, maintainability, and quality
• Raising the efficiency and quality of applied analytics projects by standardizing and improving technical methods and applications, including the technical set-up, design, and scalability of our in-house platform
Your profile
• 3+ years of software engineering skill in professional workplace
• Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python & SQL.
• Strong technical background with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent debugging skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and ambiguous environment by combining analytical rigor and judgment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Structured way of working, and good documentation skills
Good to have
• Experienced with ML/AI algorithms and tools
About the organisation
This is a consultant assignment at our customer for 4 months. During this time you will be hired by us at QRIOS.
