ServiceNow is probably not even in your vocabulary yet, but soon you will know all about digital service management and the problems it solves in a big organisation. As a Software Engineer at H&M Group, you will put your heart into creating awesome service experiences, enabling development, maintenance, and technical support.
What you will be doing:
primarily No code/Low code
support business needs and identify different challenges your colleagues might be facing
provide timely and accurate technical solutions to problems and push for changes and improvements
configuration, implementation, enablement, development - yes, you will do them all :)
Must haves:
C# and .Net basic knowledge
computer science background or similar
urge for a career in tech
everything is possible mindset
ingenious problem-solving mind
excellent communication skills
