I am Anton Magnusson, and I am heading one of our Trouble Ticketing units. As a member of my team, you will be developing, maintaining, and operating our on-premises ServiceNow instance that will support our Service Assurance and Service & Support processes locally and globally at Telia.
This role includes, but is not limited to:
Successfully estimate, plan, and execute stories and tasks within the sprint backlog
Pick up and update stories assigned to you in Jira as you progress from status New to Complete
Produce clean, efficient code based on best practices
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
Recommend and execute improvements
Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
Write Unit tests, Performance tests and update test plans

Your Experience:
Experience in ServiceNow development (minimum of 3 years), preferably at least 1 year with on-prem installations
Development and configuration experience in ITOM, ITSM and Integration hub
Testing using Automated Testing Framework is a must, and Selenium, Blazemeter, JMeter or any other performance testing tool is desirable
Deep knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, CSS, REST and HTML is needed
Experience in working in an agile team and using agile methodologies is very desirable
Working experience from Prometheus and Grafana is a bonus
Experience in working in CI/CD pipelines is a bonus
Knowledge of ITIL and TM Forum Frameworx is a bonus
University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
