We are hiring in the Product Development team a Software Engineer with a strong passion for software development particularly in the domain of connectivity, networking and Industrial IoT.
The position is permanent and based in Lund.
What you will do
As a Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment with software engineering within the domain of networking, connectivity and industrial IoT.
You will focus on
• Development of business applications and services to enable delivery of Industry 4.0 solutions to our customers.
• Participate hands-on in driving connectivity innovation & development forward.
• Driving and participating in cyber secure software development
Who you are
We are looking for a person with a structured and analytical mindset as well as a strong personal drive and a very high interest in technical solutions. We believe that you are a good team player that supports your less experienced colleagues. You enjoy developing connected software and you have a strong interest in cyber secure development.
You have a university Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications or similar and 3-7 years of experience of Software Development.
You are qualified in the following areas:
• Structured object-oriented programming using .NET C#
• IoT development, particularly within the connectivity & networking domain
• Development for and configuration of both Windows and Linux environments
• Microservice architectures, containerization and orchestration
• Complete software engineering process and team collaboration, preferably using agile practices
• Possibly knowledge in the application of wireless communication technologies
• Excellent English skills both verbally and written
