In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Maintain, improve, and support Mainframe-based applications for Organizations structures, Access rights, Deposit insurance and Data collections.
• Contribute in all areas: develop, design, maintain, analyse, and test services delivered by the team.
• Support the Agile Product Owner in finding a good balance between life cycle management, maintenance, regulatory and development tasks
• Extensive experience of developing and maintaining IT business and infrastructure in a large bank
What you need in this role:
• Proven track record from programing and design in Mainframe, DB2, Cobol and SQL coding skills, JCL 's, worked as a mainframe Software Engineer for at least 3-5 years
• Skills in Unix / Java are an advantage
• Experience from or interest in working in an agile way of working / scrum team
• Open minded and willing to learn new things and ways of working
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, gives and takes responsibility and a strong team-player
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills (both in Swedish and English)
• Academic degree in IT, Engineering or similar
