Your profile
First, we are looking for you that have a deep interest of programming and a relevant University degree!
Second, that you have competence in one or more of the following areas:
* Object Oriented programming
* Java/C#
* Matlab
* Embedded systems
Your role
We are working with Signal Processing and Target Tracking. The Signal Processing team develops firmware and software that detects weak radar echoes by filtering out noise and strong clutter. The Target Tracking team develops software to detect and classify targets based on the input from the Signal Processing.
As a Software Engineer, you will be part of an agile cross-functional team working with Scrum. The team consists of seven people with different expert competences. Your main task will be to design, implement and test the software.
We work in sprints of three weeks and in the end of each sprint, every team has a demonstration to show their progress. When you get to work in the morning, you participate at a daily-stand with your team. The questions that are told; what did you do yesterday, what are you going to do today and do you need any help?

What you will be a part of
Surveillance provides efficient solutions for safety and security, for surveillance and decision support, and for threat detection and protection. The portfolio covers airborne, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare, combat systems and C4I solutions.
For this position, we work with software for Signal and Data Processing for ground-based and naval radar.
This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
