About the job Advisory & Distribution team is a part of Swedbank Insurance and responsible for the delivery and service management of the IT applications.
Your main role will be to:
Involve in the development process from start to end
Contribute in analysis, design, development, test and maintenance of our deliveries and services
Together with our architect and the other team members be responsible for creating IT solutions that fulfill business requirements while following architectural guidelines
Ensure quality awareness and care when designing, building and maintaining software and integrations
Use technologies such as Java EE, REST, HTML5 and Angular JS
Contribute to the new way of working in our agile journey
What you need to succeed You are:
A team player with good cooperation skills
A self-driven and solution-oriented
Eager to learn the Insurance and Pension business
A software developer with good grip of Java and associated technologies and patterns
Experienced in working within an Enterprise environment in a large organization
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Competencies and experiences needed:
Java/Web development
HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, and the ability to write structured and semantic code
Knowledge in Java and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Spring, AngularJS, Type Script)
Databases such as MS SQL and Oracle
Enterprise integrations such as Web Services and MQ
Technologies such as Java EE, REST, HTML5 and Angular JS
Beneficial for the future if you know Ajax and asynchronous web services with REST/JSON
You have preferably an academic degree in an appropriate IT discipline.

Advisory & distribution team contains 11 people with a mix of software engineers (TDE/PEGA), business analysts, Scrum Master and an Agile Product Owner.
