About Us
System Articulated Haulers is a function within Technology at Volvo Construction Equipment. We are responsible for Electronic and Electrical system for the Haulers. We are located in Braås, Sweden. We want to make a difference by being there for our colleagues and our customers and by providing uptime and reliable products. All over the world. Every day.
The group with 11 engineers is responsible for development of the application software and configuration of the system etc. in projects, maintenance and advanced engineering.
Volvo CE is now seeking an experienced Software Engineer who has the drive and passion to contribute to great teamwork and excellent innovations to meet future business challenges.
Job Summary
Your main focus within this role is to transforming new or changed product needs into requirements, design and implement the embedded system and be a part of investigations of technical cross functional concepts.
Main Responsibilities

• Be a part of investigations of technical cross functional concepts.
• Continue to improve our agile way of working.
• Contribute to implement a model based driven development.

Required Knowledge and Experience
To be successful in your new role we want you have the following knowledge/experience:
• Passion for innovation and embedded systems.
• Eager to learn and work with your own and the team's development
• University/Master's degree in Electrical engineering or equivalent
• Great communication skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written
