As a member of a Growth Engineering team, you'll receive a lot of freedom to express your creativity, suggest what we build and how to reach our company goals. As an engineer in this team, you must put the common mindset aside and think beyond the obvious. It 's all about brainstorming, building, measuring, and improving. If you don 't fail in your role, you 're not being fearless enough.
It's a very explorative role, where you will need to work in quick iterations, run live experiments, observe what works and what doesn't to apply gained knowledge. You'll be able to study users behavior, find patterns to fine-tune the product and drive Truecaller to reach billions of people across the globe.
You will be working under the Head of Growth who reports directly to the CEO.
